ABOUT ME
I am a registered physiotherapist who provides therapy services in your home and community. In this capacity, I am able to offer personal one-on-one care with convenience, privacy, and relevance to your needs in your environment. In-home therapy often enables early release from hospital, and a quicker return to the activities you enjoy.
I have a particular interest in seniors' health, with a deep appreciation for their complexities and vulnerabilities.
I also emphasize optimal posture as the foundation for painfree efficient movement, and utilize pilates and yoga principles to correct postural problems.
EXPERIENCE
I have been in practice for 32 years, with experience in a wide range of settings and disciplines.
I have specialized in home and community rehabilitation since 1996.
I am a Certified Acupuncture Practitioner.
